CMP- Concrete Mixing Plant Series complete technology for transfer.
The CPM- Concrete mixing plant series have been convincing performance evidence of a continuous exact and economic concrete production confirming to international standards. The plants was sold before under the branch name Arbau and IPA on many concrete factories all over the world: This plant have proven-even under extreme ambient and climate conditions, in the dessert of Saudi Arabia as well in the cold area of Siberia. The plants reliable working, there solid but light construction.
AZM means the most reliable and used mixers in the world. This quality compulsory mixers are at home in the pre-cast, mortar, ready-mix-concrete, feed mills and the glass industries.
AZM can be used without any problems for normal, light and heavy concrete as well as for fine sand-and colour mixtures.
One of the big features of the AZM Pan Mixers is throughput time. The technology for to manufacture three models is available, with output capacities ranging from 0, 5 cubic metres to 1, 00 cubic metres per batch. The AZM 1500/1000 can be easy expended to a 1750/1250 litre equal 1, 25 cubic metres output per batch. Consistency and quality are guaranteed throughout the range.
AZM- Mixers are designed and created to the most demanding standards and can be manufactured in different ways with standard material and steel. The standard equipment of the trough bottom is the lining with wear plates, but there are the possibilities to manufacture the mixer with special wear plates and tiles up on customer request, all the drawings for the different wear tiles and plates are including the technology transfer.The mixer arms consisting of two parts with elastic bearing,(spring-tensioned) and with wear-proof paddle support can be easily exchanged.AZM is designed and created for maximum performance, all materials are always in constant motion in every direction making for a consistent and homogeneous mix in the fastest possible time.
